Site/Building Inspections

The key to determining if a building can be used more effectively or be maintained efficiently is to obtain accurate information on all of the critical components that define it. At Burnham we simply have.

During the past 20 years we have compiled an expansive database on building information by securing thousands of building permits, in thousands of cities nationwide. This information and knowedge is the basis for validating all of the building life safety components, existing mechanical systems and the quality of the construction.

Our licensed professionals and certified inspectors can help you with:

  • Site Investigation Report
    • We will verify all of the existing conditions on a building to determine if your proposed construction is in conformance with the local codes. Our Report will contain all the key elements that are necessary to complete your construction project. We will verify zoning, existing utility connections, parking requirements, plumbing fixture counts, licensing requirements, exiting capacity, occupancy limits, signage requirements, and any other elements critical to the project success. All the information will be supported with photos, videos and accessed through our iBurnham™ system.
  • Construction Observation
    • Burnham is here to partner with you, and bring the happenings at the jobsite to you efficiently, saving you money. Our experienced inspection teams are equipped with the knowledge and the tools to make sure that issues are known, and solutions are developed.
  • Punch List Coordination / Home Inspections
    • Burnham will help you see what needs to be seen! Our Home Inspectors have performed hundreds of inspections to ensure peace of mind to the new owners. In addition, we are uniquely positioned to provide an added layer of quality control for developers looking to improve their processes and resolve problems in future developments.
