Big news out of Denver: the new mayor is launching a dedicated Office of Permitting, with a bold promise—permits issued within 180 days or your money back. While the full structure isn’t finalized, the goal is clear: faster turnaround and fewer bottlenecks. Burnham’s Denver team is monitoring the changes closely to help our clients stay ahead.
