Burnham's goal, as always, is to continue communicating with city officials online, via email and by phone and provide you with updates on any city implementation that may take place in the coming weeks. We will continue to monitor all jurisdictions for updates and will send out new processes as they’re announced. 

Updates of major jurisdictions as of 3.23.20
  • Mayor Michael Hancock issued a Stay-At-Home order for all non-essential services until Friday, April 10.
  • Construction work is essential to maintaining safe infrastructure and will be allowed to proceed as scheduled and approved.
 
Updates of major jurisdictions as of 3.19.20
  • Golden
    • The Municipal Center, including the Permit Center will be closed to walk-in public until further notice. 
  • Arvada
    • The Municipal Center, including the Permit Center will be closed to walk-in public from March 17 through March 27, 2020.
  • Denver
    • The Municipal Center, including the Permit Center is still open at this time. 
  • Lakewood
    • The Municipal Center, including the Permit Center will be closed to walk-in public from March 17 through March 20 and will assess on the 31st. 
  • Boulder
    • The Municipal Center, including the Permit Center will be closed to walk-in public from March 17 through March 29, 2020.
  • During this time, we will continue to be in constant communication with city officials as they themselves begin to work remotely. Burnham will continue to work around the clock to take care of your projects.
